The 16 Mil Residential Grade is rated as Medium duty, while our Commercial Grade is rated medium to heavy duty depending on which thickness. We chose to make the Residential Grade to fill a need for a lower cost crawl space vapor barrier, but of course you can still purchase the Commercial Grade if you wish.
